EKSU Reopens Post-UTME Registration Portal For 2018/2019 Session

Ekiti State University (EKSU) has re-opened the portal for Post-UTME online screening registration for the 2018/2019 academic session.

All applicants that are interested in applying to EKSU but missed the first Post-UTME application, can proceed to apply.


Interested candidates can visit: https://application.eksu.edu.ng/site/login to proceed with the application. The deadline for this is October 5th, 2018.

EKSU Post-UTME Results, 2018/2019 Out

EKSU Post-UTME Results for the 2018/2019 academic session have been released. All candidates who participated in the screening exercise are advised to proceed to check their screening results.

How To Check FUOYE Admission Status

The procedures to check FUOYE admission status can be found below.
The procedure to check your admission status is outlined below;
STEP 1: Go to FUOYE admission status portal at https://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putme/.
STEP 2: Supply your registration number in the required column.
STEP 3: Click on ‘Login’ and then click on ‘Admission Status’ to access your FUOYE admission status.
Successfully admitted? Go to JAMB CAPS portal to ACCEPT or REJECT the offer
Acceptance Fee Payment Deadline: Tuesday 30th October, 2018
All fees must be paid on the University Portal with your ATM card. You don’t have to go to any bank for payment. Payment outside of the University Portal is at the payer’s risk
If the status displays Not Yet Admitted after you have completed steps above, do not panic, log out as usual and check back later.

How To Check FUOYE Admission Status On JAMB Portal

The Procedures below will help you check your admission status on JAMB Caps Portaland also Accept it.
  • Candidates are to login to the JAMB website and click on CAPS to check their admission status, and click on accept/reject button to either accept or reject the offer.
  • Candidates whose admission status show “not admitted” should keep checking the JAMB website for further updates.
  • Candidates should please note that the Admission List will be published in batches on the University’s website as they are processed. Candidates are therefore advised to keep on checking the university’s website for the Admission List.
  • Those offered provisional Admission should proceed with the Acceptance and Registration processes. The procedure will soon be made available.

This is to help all those who has been offered admission by FUOYE with procedures to successfully process their admission and avoid making mistakes that would cost them the admission offered to them. Congratulations to those who has been offered admission.

Steps To Take After Been Offered Admission In The Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE)
For those offered admission, Now you will need to check for the following and get it ready for your admission clearance and registrations.
  1. Check for the amount that FUOYE is paying as acceptance Fee for the admission offered to you. Note: If you don’t pay acceptance fee, it means you have rejected the admission offered to you and you will be denied that privilege.

  3. Get the required documents ready for your registration and clearance into your new School, Faculty and Department.
  4. Read the School’s rules and regulations to avoid falling a victim of any act that is against the school code of honor throughout your stay in the school cause that would be disastrous for you.

Ekiti State University (EKSU) Post-UTME / DE Screening Form 2018/2019 [UPDATED]

This is to inform all UTME and DIRECT ENTRY(DE) candidates who have applied for admission into the Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, for the 2018/2019 academic session, that the on-line screening exercise will take place between 18th July to October 5th, 2018.
The University will also consider UTME candidates who did not choose EKSU but scored 180 and above in the last UTME and are interested in changing to the University. EKSUgives concession to its pre-degree students in keeping with senate approval.

EKSU Post UTME / DE Screening Eligibility.

  • EKSU will admit only candidates who made at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/NECO/NABTEB in the relevant subjects AT NOT MORE THAN TWO SITTINGS and a minimum of LOWER CREDIT for DIRECT Entry candidates.
  • Direct Entry candidates who are interested in changing their choice to ESKU will be considered.
  • Any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise will not be considered for admission into the University.

How to Apply for EKSU Post UTME Screening.

Pay the sum of N2000 non-refundable as the screening fee.
  • Log on to www.eksueportal.eksu.edu.ng and dick on 2018/2019 UTME/DE Application, you will be directed to the online application portal.
  • Click on ‘new applicant’ and provide the required details to create account (make your Jamb registration number is your password), after which a link would be sent to your email address. Click on the link to complete your registration and you would be redirected back, to online application portal page. Enter your email address and Jamb Registration Number as password to login.
  • Select 2018/2019 PUTME application, which require that you supply Jamb Registration Number (UTME Number) and Names as it appears on your Jamb result
  • Review your details and click ‘make payment., this will redirect you to the EKSU online payment platform. Select your card type (e.g. Master Card. VISA. VERVE etc.). Enter your debit/ATM card details. Click ‘Pay’ and wait while you are redirected back to the portal, print your receipt and proceed with your registration.
  • After successful payment, click ‘proceed’ to fill in the required details on screening form and attach your recent colour passport photograph in JPEG format only
  • Detailed results from at most two of the following examinations. SSCE, NECO and NABTEB should be provided.
  • Candidates awaiting results should supply them within two weeks of release
  • Preview, confirm, submit and Print out the completed form.
  • The screening date and time would be obtained on the printout.
Note:
  • EKSU will admit candidates for Medicine this session..
  • Any candidates who fails to participate in the screening will not be considered for admission into the university..

How To Check Your 2018 Admission Status In Caps Portal And Accept Or Reject It

Steps To Check Your 2018/19 Admission Status In Caps Portal

  1. Ensure you have active data bundle.
  2. Open your favourite browser (Preferably, Google Chrome).
  3. Visit the jamb caps admission checking portal using this link http://caps.jamb.gov.ng/acceptadmission.aspx.
  4. Then scroll down to check CAPS UTME/DE Admission status.
  5. Click on UTME/DE Admission button to check and accept/reject your 2018 status of admission.
  6. Your details including Jamb score, institution, date of birth,etc will appear when you have successfully logged in to Jamb caps portal.
  7. If you are given admission and you like the school then click on accept admission.
  8. If the institution and course space is blank or you have not been offered admission then don’t click on accept admission. Just keep checking back.
  9. Be very careful not to accept admission when you are not offered (or when you have hope of gaining admission in a better school).
  10. Once you accept the admission offered you then your admission door is closed for that year.
  11. On the other hand, if you see welcome while you click on CAPS, don’t be annoyed. Just use desktop version to see the menu and then click on check admission status (Click on the three dots on Google Chrome and scroll down to see desktop site).
